The minute you walk through the doors, you immediately realize Color Me Mine is something special. One might think this is only for children, but did you know they also provide team building exercises and Paint-n-Sip parties for grown-ups? More about that below, but first, lets talk about their SUMMER CAMPS!
I was greeted by two lovely ladies who spent the next hour telling me all about Color Me Mine and their summer program. As a parent, I love that they combine the love of art with an educational experience. It is a fun, creative and unique camp in a very relaxed atmosphere. Jamie wants parents to know that even though this is not a 'serious' camp the day is surrounded by the love of learning. They have a lot of returning campers - which is always great when a program is 'kid approved'.
So how does Adventures in Art work? The camp allows your child to explore their creative side, while having fun. Every week has a different theme, and each day, the children will use different techniques to create a ceramic project in the morning and acrylic and mixed media canvas painting in the afternoon that explore the week's topic.
