Putnam Wellness Coalition and the Regional Family Resource Network have officially kicked off their new initiative: Mind Your Health for a Better You. …a Health and Wellness Journey.
Over the next 6 months, they’ll be highlighting fun ‘Healthy Alternatives’, and invite YOU to join the online community at their new Facebook group, where you’ll find local support and guidance for every step of the way! >https://www.facebook.com/groups/431486001506679<
Keep up to date in the online group (Mind Your Health for a Better You) to learn more about upcoming activities, such as the ‘Community Walking Group’ that’s set to begin the week of March 15th…meeting at Valley Park and various locations around Putnam County.
*Please tune in to the Facebook group to confirm exact days, times, and meeting locations weekly.*
Additionally, Putnam Wellness Coalition is proud to serve our local youth through evidence-based prevention strategies and fun ‘Healthy Alternative’ activities!
We’re currently seeking out young leaders who are passionate about impacting our communities to join our *NEW* “Youth Advisory Board”.
As part of the (Youth Advisory) Board, you’ll be equipped with tools and resources to help reach your peers with positive influence, and will be empowered to help lead the coalition into our communities!
