Thank you so much for continuing to pray for us and the work here in Thailand. Forgive us for being brief this morning. We don’t have a long time to write, but we need to update you on a few prayer requests:
- URGENT: Our visas expire this Friday, 11 November (Thursday for you). We are waiting to receive a document from a government office that is needed in order for us to receive one-year visas, but it hasn’t been issued yet and we are running out of time. The second concern is that the foundation that issues our visas is having trouble renewing their paperwork. This could impact almost the entire field team. Please pray that we receive the document that we need and that a miracle happens to renew the foundation’s approval. It expires on Saturday!
- Rebecca is to give a training for the church treasurers in the Northern Thailand District next Monday and Tuesday. Please pray that this goes well and for God’s glory.
- Steve continues to meet with his friend, Leon, every morning. Please continue to pray for Leon as he continues to have many questions. The Buddhist worldview is 180 degrees different from Christianity so there is a lot to overcome. Pray also for Steve in this process.
- Steve continues to study hard for the Thai language exam. It will be on November 26. Please pray for stamina and that he will test well.
