The news was alarming. If one country were coming against them, maybe they would stand a chance. However, three countries were coming. It seemed that the situation was without hope. Yet, Jehoshaphat had confidence, not in his own strength but in God. In a prayer, he declared “No one can fight against You and win.”
This past year has been a challenge for all of us. Covid has shut down many things, but it cannot shut down our God. As Jesus said, “My Father is always at His work to this very day…” Today, that statement is just as true in Southeast Asia.
This fall, Rebecca and I will be returning for our Home Assignment. This year, that is a big challenge, but like Jehoshaphat, we know that our God is greater. Our plan is to be in America from August 1st to the end of October. During that time, we would like to meet with as many of the churches in our Michigan District as possible.

- Invite you to partner with the Southeast Asia Field.
