CrushTheStreet (with Bitcoin!)

I was recently interviewed by CrushTheStreet because of all the activity in the bitcoin price.  Here is a link to the page where my interview can be viewed (it's just audio with a informational graphic).  The topics, as listed on their page are as follows:

02:20 Update on Bitcoin Rising FAST, ATH Breach
03:50 War on Cash Causing Bitcoin's Rise
06:15 Is Bitcoin is safe from Gov Crackdown?
09:00 Gov only has the power people give them
11:20 World Currencies collapsing; BTC alternative
16:20 Third World Countries should jump on Metals
18:00 Bitcoin price prediction: Millions per Bit?
21:10 Get more from Dave: Voluntaryist Philosophy

I'll be on vacation from February 26th to March 6th, but I am working on having my friend Spencer take care of you while I'm gone.  He is engaged to my daughter.

If anyone knows a good "Civil Asset Forfeiture" lawyer, please let me know.  I'd like to give some lawyers a chance to look over what has happened so far with the money Joe Bennett took and see if any feel it might be worth their time to try to get it back for me.  I started writing a "motion for summary judgment," but part of the task in that document would be to prove that I had an "innocent state of mind" through a preponderance of evidence.  If I recognize the government as a criminal organization, is there any chance that it would recognize me as having an "innocent state of mind"?  Sometimes I think I should just give up, but then (as you may remember), I like to Shine Light in Dark Places.

As a name for the podcast I'm going to make, I've had "Voluntaryist Bitcoin Dealer Podcast" kicking around in my head for a while and I think that's what I'm going to use.  My plan as it is right now is to make a podcast to teach folks the trade and so they can learn about voluntaryism and the value of avoiding reliance on coercive authority.  It will also be a bit of an homage to Landmark Worldwide because they do a good job of empowering people.
