The FEW has been extremely busy and blessed this year. We held over 40 adventures hosting over 300 Exceptional Warriors. Many individuals, sponsors, and associates donated their time, talents and treasure to make these events a success. The FEW are extremely grateful for their enduring support and generosity.
We were able to hosts events throughout 17 states, from Florida to Montana and even to Cabo San Lucas for Marlin Fishing. What was your favorite event?
Thanks to our custom Bennington boat, The FEW was able to take Exceptional Warrior and quadriplegic Nick Mendez fishing in Arizona. This was so inspiring that there is a documentary being made. See the teaser at http://americanveteranmovie.com/
 With Oak Hill Marina and Bennington Boats, The FEW hosted 10 Exceptional families for a long weekend at Lake Okoboji, Iowa. It was an amazing adventure of boating, park passes, fishing and a VIP LOCASH concert. The event was packed with family fun and moments to cherish!
Adam Gordon joined members of the Crow Tribe for a great Buffalo Hunt in Montana. This once in a lifetime adventure was Adam’s first hunt and he is hooked now! Read more...
We didn’t forget our Exceptional kids! Our Heroes and their kids had a great time at the annual duck hunt with the professionals of the Missouri Department of Conservation at Cooley Lake. A special thanks goes to the decoy carvers that presented each youth with a hand carved Teal.
Warriors and Warrior couples received a special weekend in Alabama where great Patriots and Tyson Foods hosted great food, lodging and the Parmalee concert. Everyone went home with a Stetson hat, too.
The FEW is always humbled to by a part of the Billy Ray Parnell Memorial hunt. This event brings incredible Texas hospitality to Michigan to honor 8 Purple Heart recipients every year.
Nissan and Salt Water Sportsman magazine made one Exceptional Warrior’s wish come true! A special thanks to Editor in Chief for some us the trick of the trade.
Deer season is an exciting time for hunters, but for those who are mobility impaired, it can be a frustrating time – or sometimes impossible. The FEW was honored to work with the Department of Interior and host 10 Exceptional Warriors at the annual mobility impaired deer hunt in MO.
 
Capt Joe on the legendary Cricket, and others in NC have bless us by hosted over 10 offshore fishing event. Joe has hosted 6 alone and is always ready to support our Veterans.
LOCASH’s new song, "The Fighter", stirred the hearts of a Patriotic crowd at their Iowa concert, which resulted in Exceptional Warrior Daniel Barnes being brought on stage. This is a must watch video.
The 3rd annual Oklahoma pheasant hunt was a huge success. Obviously, the Warriors and their guests had a blast.
In the mountains of Utah Six Warfighters chased elk on the Freedom Hunt. This adventure was extra special as it reunited three Marines that hadn't seen each other in over 10 years. Watch the action...
For this group of warriors it would definitely be their wild white water rafting ride down the Nantahala in NC
We hosted several bowfishing events in different states. This is a ton of fun. Our Defenders love it!
