The candidate is highly adept in all aspects of HR including: managing recruitment campaigns including producing job descriptions and shortlisting, providing a customer focused HR advisory service to senior managers and staff, overseeing the annual performance review process and maintaining and developing HR Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the current employment legislation.
HR Officer | £25,000 pa | 1 month notice
With her current contract due to end in October, this candidate is now seeking a contract or permanent HR focused role that will allow her to utilise the skills and knowledge she has gained whilst making a positive contribution to an organisation’s success.
Qualified Accountant (MBA FCCA FMAAT) | £32,500 pa | 3 months’ notice
This candidate is an ACCA Qualified Accountant with outstanding organisational and technical accounting skills. He thrives in producing quality financial information and working with businesses to assist them in strategy formulation and achievement. The candidate applies an analytical approach to his work and he is also proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to interrogate data using tools such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Having gained several years’ experience in financial accounting, the candidate is now looking to utilise the knowledge gained in his earlier employment and develop his career in a more varied industry role. To aid with this progression, and demonstrate his versatility and willingness to embrace new challenges and roles, the candidate has recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration which has allowed him to obtain a better understanding of this area.
Data and Admin Manager | £25,000 pa | immediately available
This candidate is a conscientious, motivated and professional Data and Admin Manager with extensive experience in data analysis, systems design and performance management/reporting. She is a highly efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to data collection and analysis has yielded excellent results. Recent achievements within previous employments include the design and implementation of a new data information system and successful bid writing for contract tenders with local authorities.
Due to a restructure and a desire for a challenging new role this candidate is immediately available and would make a valuable addition to a developing organisation.
Key skills: SQL proficient, extensive experience of Microsoft Office applications and database report management, report writing, excellent communication skills, accredited member of CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
