This month we're VERY excited to share what we've accomplished over the past few weeks. Pastor Dan has been busy preparing the 15 children from Iganga to attend MD Standard School for their very first semester. Thanks to YOUR help, we are providing these children with an education and community to learn and grow. Our goal for this year is to sponsor these children ($30/month) to continue our support and invest in their education & future.
Updates:
The Mawanda Project has officially been registered as a Non-Profit business in California and we are now working to obtain 501(c)(3) status.

Jonathan Kalanzi
In the baby class, Jonathan will start out by learning how to hold a pencil and scribble. As his education continues, he will be expected to learn how to sort, identify, and name objects and sort colors.
Each child sponsored to attend MD Standard School receives a receipt of enrollment.
MD Standard School provides each child with breakfast and lunch Monday - Saturday.

Maize Report
The maize we harvested this past year will provide food for the children at MD Standard School. With additional donations, we are looking to purchase land (instead of rent) and continue to harvest this essential crop.
"I am full of joy for the beginning of maize farming"
