2023 HBCU Spring Break Tour

Visiting colleges and universities in Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia

Dear Families,

Thank you for joining us last week for our first interest meeting for our upcoming college tour. It was great to see many new faces and returning faces for what is sure to be an exciting tour! Below you will find a copy of the slides from last meeting and a highlight of some important dates to remember.

We will send weekly/bi-weekly updates using this email distribution list. If you know someone who would like to be added to our list, please have them email me at sashe@montcooic.org.

The dates of our tour is scheduled for Sunday, April 2nd to Friday, April 7th, 2023. The slide below has a tentative itinerary and list of schools we plan to visit. In the meantime, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Payment Schedule

At this time, the cost to attend the 2023 HBCU College Tour is $500 per person. To make things easier, we have scheduled 5 dates where $85 is due. All payments must be received by March 10h to March 27th. Payments can be made online using this link.

12/16/22 - $160 of total cost
1/6/23 - $245 of total cost
1/27/23 - $330 of total cost
2/17/23 - $415 of total cost
3/10/23 - $500 of total cost

Upcoming Meeting Dates

Our upcoming meetings will be held virtually for December, January, and February. In March, we will have in-person meetings for participants to have the opportunity to meet fellow college tour students. We are switching to a virtual environment to accommodate for the handful of participants from out-of-state.
