February 2016 Newsletter
A message from our Executive Director, Neysa Guerino

Happy New Year from the staff of CSMS-IPA.  We are very excited about the year ahead and look forward to partnering with you to achieve outstanding healthcare outcomes for our patients, while reducing unnecessary costs.  To achieve these type of results, we will need the engagement of each of our providers and their staff.

CSMS-IPA will continue to provide you the business and clinical resources that allow you to achieve the highest level of quality, cost efficiencies, while creating a positive patient experience.

Our 2016 focus will remain patient-centered and value based care.  This month we signed an agreement with Quality Health Ideas, Inc. to provide a population health management services tool, CareScreen®.  We look forward to introducing our new technology platform; incentives, and our network goals and objectives at our February 3, 2016 Webinar at Noon.  To access the Webinar invitation, click here.  We ask that a provider or practice manager from each practice attend this Webinar to learn more about the next steps for each practice.  If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me (203-225-1291-nguerino@csms-ipa) or your CSMS-IPA resource.
We wish you a happy holiday and a prosperous New Year!
