So what is the question? This year we are looking for inspiring and creative answers to:
“What steps should entrepreneurs and government take to become more innovative?”

The three finalists will all be invited to present their essays at the SME Assembly 2018 in Graz, Austria where the winner be chosen via live audience vote.

Got what it takes? Don’t delay and get writing! For more information on the competition, including the updated rules and entry requirements, visit the Promoting Enterprise News Portal

Where are they now? Previous EEPA winners

Winning an EEPA award requires a lot of time, effort and a strong project. But what happens afterwards? What do the winners go on to do? Be sure to visit the Promoting Enterprise News Portal to find out more about:

The Rotterdam Business Case won their category, “Responsible and inclusive entrepreneurship” back in 2016, with a project that focused on entrepreneurs that had failed and how to get them back into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since then they have gone on to expand within the Netherlands, and most recently to Finland!

  • Madeira Vintners, Supporting the internationalisation of business nominee 2017

Madeira Vintners were one of the shortlisted nominees for the ‘Supporting the Internationalisation of Business’ category, during EEPA 2017. Their project focused on the all-female team behind their new Madeiran wine brand and their efforts to scale up internationally. They were recently featured on Euronews who decided to tell their entrepreneurial story.
