I think this is very important and I hope you do too.
We are hosting an event that thousands of others have participated in and say it is something every married couple should take part in. I want to answer some questions.
Is it mostly for young couples?
Heck no! It's for ALL married couples and all ages find it worthwhile.
My marriage is awesome. Why should we go?
Because every marriage can be even more awesome. The Art of Marriage workshop will benefit all marriages. It offers valuable instruction, ideas, and prompts that every marriage, no matter what shape it's in, will appreciate.
My spouse can't or won't go. Should I go anyway?
Absolutely! You will be glad you did. You'll go home with great marriage building ideas and info.
I this a touchy-feely, support group type of thing?
No, definitely not. The sessions are video-based and the only real interaction or processing is between spouses unless you choose to connect with another couple or have input you want to share.
What does it cost?
Get this, we are making this event available for free thanks to the generosity of some folks who are very passionate about building marriages.
Should I register?
Well, it would help in planning the breakfast order if we had a count but we want to make sure you know you can join us even if your time frees up at the last minute.
If you have other questions you can call, text or email Victoria St. Louis at 207-232-9436. Or let her know you are planning on being there at FBC Westbrook, 733 Main Street at 6:00 PM, Friday, September 20.
Robin and I will be babysitting our grandchildren so that our kids can make it. We've done similar programs and they are ALWAYS worthwhile. Our 35 years of marriage is the result of us working together to take health checks, make changes and make investments.
Please, I urge you to seriously consider taking advantage of this opportunity.
I love you guys,
