Reg. Charity: 1009911

A rare opportunity to join together across the denominations, nations and generations.

We sing "Our God saves" - now come and see Him do it!

There are times when God needs combined resources of personnel and finance.

To do what one congregation, one denomination, one network cannot do alone.

Now is one of those times.

Become a partner with God!

Uganda - Famine Relief
We have been able to send two further donations to Lira for famine relief.  Our partner, Milton Ogwal writes:

“Thanks for the consistency that has covered all the bad period of famine for the most at risk people in Alebtong district.

There has been no more death from lack of food.  Two people had already died from famine before the intervention, the pregnant woman and the lady who could not take it and just committed suicide.  Lives were saved or many deaths could have been witnessed.

Altogether 15 people gave their lives to Jesus.  There are many of them who have started going to church and there is chance that some of them could get saved later on.

There has been good rainfall since then which is also answer to prayers.  In a few week there will be harvest starting.  Even now some other parts of the country have started harvest .  So food prices have fallen down a bit.  Seeds for planting of some special vegetable which take only 3 to 4 weeks before they can start eating.”  We thank God for good news from abroad (Proverbs 25.25)

We have agreed to sponsor Walter Olima, the first convert to Christ in our 1998 crusade in Agwata, resulting in   Celebration Church, which is doing well, through a BSc in Agriculture.
India — Children's Home

We have been able to send a further significant donation to help complete the Boys Dormitory for India Village Ministries.

For they are traveling for the Lord, and they accept nothing from people who are not believers. So we ourselves should support them so that we can be their partners as they teach the truth.   3 John 1.7-8

Relevant  Question

Do you honestly believe there is a place for proclamation evangelism in today’s Western culture?

Peter replies with relevant answer

Sometimes I am baffled by the questions Christians ask!  The above is one of them.  “How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?” So wrote the apostle Paul (Romans 10.14). Christian friend, check out the word translated “preach” in the Bible, and then check the number of times Jesus a) preached, and b) told His followers to preach. That in itself should answer the question.  The reason our nation is in such a mess is because of the dearth and lack of it for so many decades.  The church should be ashamed of being ashamed. I have cancer. Now, there is also a very effective treatment for my particular kind of cancer.  I would not thank the oncologist who never told me about it, would I?  Or who did not earnestly encourage me to accept the treatment? I would not thank him/her if they simply sat back and said, “Well, it’s up to him to find out.”  “Ah yes,” I hear you say, “but God’s not doing it like that now.”  “Oh,” I say, “Has He changed His mind and removed the ministry of the evangelist then after all these years? I never heard Him say so through His prophets.  Or has He withdrawn them too?”  Come on!  Wise up and get real.  Sure, loving one’s neighbour (and I mean being patient, kind etc) and our practical witness is essential, but not at the expense of speaking the truth about the saving power of Jesus Christ and putting one’s trust in Him.  People have to be told that.  They won’t guess it.  I would not have guessed that someone somewhere could treat my cancer.  They told me—and I am alive 10 years later to write this!  23,000 were told by “proclamation evangelism” about Jesus as the answer to their life’s issues and problems in July this year at the Emirates Stadium, London, and nearly 2000 stood up, came forward, and signed up to say, “This is what I need and want.”
