This weekend we will be competing in Bedford, NH. Now that we have squashed many bugs and worked out many of the kinks we are ready for this event. During our unbag time we made many changes which you can read about below.
Goodbye Hot Pocket
Hello Pop Tart
At WPI we learned that we were losing a lot of time waiting for the Pilot to retrieve the gear from our robot. To speed up the process we have changed our Hot Pocket over to being a Pop Tart. It now pushes the gear off the robot onto the gear instead of being a passive mechanism.
Hopper and Shooter
Now that our gear delivery is in good shape we started to refine our shooter. We added the hopper and have tested all the features together. We also have an autonomous which we hope will score about 20 balls in the high goal.
