Dear Ross Juniors Supporter,

2018/19 season kicked off with a flourish on Saturday 1st September. The McDonald's day gave us an excellent start to the season, it was great to see so many people enjoying it. The feedback from visitors on the day was excellent and our players, as ever, were brilliantly behaved and had a great can-do attitude to the activity and the day. Thank you all for your support, particularly the coaches and volunteers on the day who made the event so successful. It was especially great to see over 50 people staying behind after to watch one of our men’s team first game of the season.

Thank you for your support,

Ross Juniors FC Committee

Ladies Team looking for more players

Ross ladies team are looking for new members. Training is every Friday evening at Ross Sports Centre between 6-7:30pm. The team is a friendly bunch with a wide range of abilities and ages (16-50 years old). Last year the team won the Herefordshire Development League which was a fantastic achievement. Matches are usually just once a month on Sundays. So if you are looking for a new football club, restarting after a break or looking to try football please email for more information.

New kits

We are reliant  on sponsors to help us provide new kit for our teams. With children growing so quickly kits can sometimes only last a year, with 28 teams if we were to replace all kits each year the cost would be over £15,000. This is money we simply don’t have. We have been very lucky with local businesses and parents helping us with new kits by sponsoring them. If you can help your child’s team or any team by sponsoring a kit we would love to hear from you at Alongside our ever lasting gratitude, we will publicise your generosity and most importantly you will see the effect on the team and the players' faces when they get their new kit.

Fri 14th Sep - 7pm Comedy Club @ Sports Centre

Clubhouse – ideal for evening parties

The clubhouse is available to hire for birthday parties or other events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. It’s a great venue which has been recently refurbished with a very affordable bar and commercial kitchen. Please email to enquire about our very reasonable rates. We even supply the staff and clean up for you after.

We Only Do Positive

The FA has announced a renewed focus on the Respect campaign as it enters its 10 year anniversary.

The campaign's new mantra of “We Only Do Positive” aims to improve behaviour on the pitch and on touchlines across the country by raising awareness of Respect amongst a new generation of parents, coaches, volunteers and players.

Old Boots

If you have any old pairs of boots that are too small we would love to have them. We resell them in the clubhouse with funds going to the football club. Please just bring along on a weekend and give to clubhouse staff or volunteers.
