Pinnacle Agency Focused Meeting In Naples

On March 1st through March 3rd, a group from Pinnacle traveled to Arthrex headquarters in Naples, Florida for an intensive Agency Focused Meeting. 

The meeting opened with Jamie Lee offering a vision for the next generation of Technical Consultants. Bart Kayser, Senior Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region, spoke about the importance of the Arthrex/Pinnacle culture. 

Meeting content included:
  • Shoulder Arthroscopy, including FY20 State of the Union, Focus Products, team panel discussion, breakout session, and a demo of Knotless FiberTak & Cerclage. 
  • Orthobiologics, including a discussion of ABPs and HA positioning.
  • Distal Extremities, including metal set sales strategy, TightRope, and a Breakout Session/ArthroLab: InternalBrace 2.0 and Ankle Fracture with TightRope XP and FibuLock. 
  • Arthrex Campus Tour.
  • Imaging & Resection, including a discussion of creating an impactful site visit and a Nano demonstration. 
  • Expectations of a Technology Specialist.
  • The Arthrex Why and the Arthrex Value.
  • Knee/Hip Arthroscopy, including ACL, All Things Meniscus, and a breakout session covering FiberStitch, MCII, and Zone Navigator. 
Before adjourning, Reinhold Schmieding, Arthrex President and founder, addressed the group and answered questions. The meeting concluded with a goal setting session with Jamie Lee, Steve Celeste, and Bart Kayser.

Pinnacle welcomed two new team members in February: Chris Garrison and Sean Murphy.

  • Favorite travel destination? Yellowstone National Park and Acadia National Park in Maine.
  • What's the best piece of advice you've been given? You have to aim high to hit the mark.

I grew up in Midland, Michigan and moved to Metro Detroit 22 years ago. I’ve been married for 20 years to my wife, Cheryl. We live in Shelby Township. We have two boys, Andrew (17) and Jacob (14). We enjoy traveling and spending time at our place in Gaylord, Michigan.

I was born and raised in Dryden Michigan. I attended Oakland University, where I received my Bachelor's in health sciences with a concentration in exercise science. Upon graduating I moved into the field of  personal training, where I was able to utilize my passion for health and wellness to help others not only move better but live better both mentally and physically.

I am excited to begin my new career with Pinnacle. I know it will be a challenge and will undoubtedly push my boundaries of comfort, which I believe is integral to growth. You know what they say, if you’re not growing you’re dying! 

With that being said, I look forward to growing with each one of you as we work to make 2020 Pinnacle’s best year to date.

DEX Back to Basics Sales Contest Winners 

The winner of February's DEX Back to Basics Sales Contest is Ryan Kelly (above left) of Team Detroit, with 26 points The activities that led  to Ryan's win included a new TR XP stocking order at Sinai Grace, two new Internal Brace 2.0 users, one new SpeedBridge user - using peek kits to combat bio composite objection. 

Runner-up was Nick Krasity with 19 points.

DEX managers noticed an increase in the amount of quality sales activity that will drive crucial business. 



Health systems in our territories continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and establish guidelines to protect patients, associates, and vendors in this rapidly changing situation.
