More from Matt:
After high school I enlisted in the Air Force: at first as a Ground Radio Operator and later as an Aerial Porter. I spent time overseas, including a 9-month tour in Kyrgyzstan. During this time I also attended college at the University of Michigan-Flint. I eventually received a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Communication.
After graduating from college, I worked in various roles within the healthcare industry-- beginning in skilled nursing facilities and then transitioning to sales. In sales, I first spent time in specialty pharmacy, transitioned to durable medical equipment, and finally moved to medical device.
My wife, Jessica, and I were married on February 14th. We have three kids: Evan (11), Cody (7), and Mila (3). We have two dogs, Sophie (a 6-year-old Australian-Cattle dog) and Ernie (a 2-year-old Goldendoodle)."

Great job Max!
RYAN KELLY - TEAM DETROIT/MACOMB
Ryan Kelly has done five DEX labs since the end of July, which may be a factor in Team Detroit/Macomb's 129% PTQ for quarter to date. Fantastic efforts, Ryan!
ANGELO AMALIO
Some words from Steve Celeste to Angelo:
"Thank you for doing a fantastic job at Dr. Moutzouros' clinic! Your ability to help out at this level (this patient was a Dr. Bill VIP) is great to see this early in your career.
I am with Dr. Bill today and he brought up how he appreciated you being there to assist.
Thanks for studying and being committed to success!"
PHIL MARX & BILLY WARD - TEAM OAKLAND/BEAUMONT
Kudos to Team Oakland's DEX team for capturing Dr. Vaupel's trauma cases over Labor Day weekend. Phil Marx had the initial conversation with Dr. Vaupel, and Billy Ward covered the cases.
Well done, Phil and Billy!
ZACH POPOVICH - TEAM ANN ARBOR/CENTRAL/WEST
"Dr. Tien's interest sparked when Dr. Parekh presented on IOBP during a webinar near the end of June. Fast forward to 7/28/20: we revisited IOBP before the case and highlighted this specific technique. As he scoped the ankle, this patient had intact talar cartilage; however, she still had severe pain from the bone marrow lesion due to the intraosseous pressure that was built up below. IOBP was the answer, and we used 5cc allosync pure, Angel BMC, and the IOBP kit. The pictures, follow-up text, and sales order say it all and Dr. Tien will be back for more!!"
