Hi <<First Name>>,
Welcome to 2016!
Did you make resolutions for the year? Perhaps you are still working on old ones or don't even know where to start with goals.
In a recent New York Times article on how to stick with New Year's resolutions, health economist Austin Frakt says he asks himself two questions:
1. Why don’t I do this already?
2. Why do I feel compelled to do this now?
The questions afford you the opportunity to determine what is getting in your way and whether you have the desire to make the appropriate changes. If you feel stuck or like you could use some support in this process, consider hiring a coach.
For the month of January, we are offering a rate of $100 for a 45-minute session, a more than 30 percent discount from our normal $150/session price. (For more information on our usual rates, go here.)
Here's to a fantastic year.
Yours in Service,
