NMCS is a Vaccination Site!

We’re partnering with Curative and Marin County Public Health to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to our vulnerable community members. Registration starts Monday, April 19! Vaccinations start Wednesday, April 21. Click here to register or call us at 415-892-1643.
NMCS has been on the front lines of disaster response efforts—we’re an active member of Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster, Novato COVID-19 Response and Recovery Team, COVID Vaccination Community Advisory Board and County of Marin Rental Assistance Program Collaborative.

We’re providing basic human needs (access to food, emergency rental assistance, mental health care, youth enrichment and more) to people in need, but we can’t do it alone.

The effects of COVID-19 in our community are long-lasting and require continued support. If you have received our appeal letter and have sent in a donation, Thank You! If you would like to support our work, we invite you to donate today.

What Volunteers Love About NMCS...

We asked our volunteers about their volunteer experience with NMCS, and 100% said they would recommend volunteering at NMCS to their friends and family.
“Working with amazing people” and “Making a difference” were top reasons to volunteer. One Food Pantry volunteer wrote, “Besides knowing that I was supporting my community, I enjoyed the personal connections.”
Thank you to all of our hard-working volunteers!
Volunteers are an integral part of our work—we count on our volunteers to distribute food, serve on our board, connect families with resources, educate peers and more! Learn more about meaningful volunteer opportunities at NMCS here.  Click here to see our Food Pantry in action.
