The January Classics meeting will be held in Lewis Hall on 1/31 at 11:00 am. Our program will be celebrating the life of Dan Shehan. Dan died on 1/9, 2023, at age 80. His struggle with polio from age 10 became his success story. He attended one FBC event in person a few years ago, when new members were invited to a fellowship meeting before church. His weak lungs and use of a scooter kept him home mostly. He enjoyed FBC services through YouTube broadcasts every Sunday. The music ministry captured his heart.
The lunch is by reservation onlyat 12:00 noon for $12.00. Deadline for reservations is Thursday, 1/26, by 5:00 pm. Contact Marty Foxx for further details or reservations for lunch: 912-508-3470 or martyxx4@gmail.com. Chef Suzanna King will prepare lunch.
Note: The handicapped entrance to Lewis Hall is through the courtyard at 102 W. McDonough Street.
