Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is Monday, 1/16. Let's pause and remember the legacy of this great civil rights leader. Dr. King's philosophy would have fit in well at FBC, where everyone is welcomed, accepted, and loved.
The church office will be closed in observance of the holiday.
It's almost time again to make a huge difference in the lives of local children and their families! Family Promise week at FBC starts 1/22 through 1/28. FBC volunteers are greatly needed to make meals and deliver them (and if cooking isn't your thing, take-outs work too!) Can you spare time to help these struggling families? Please click the link below to sign up for meals: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0845A4AB2EA1FC1-family3.

FBC Welcomes Karen Jerald Back to the Fold
She’s baaaack! Having retired twice from FBC, Karen Jerald is back in the office handling accounting duties until a permanent replacement for Beth Hancock can be found. Karen is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and has enjoyed her retirement time visiting her family. She is also looking forward to seeing old friends at FBC and meeting new members while she waits for her third retirement. We look forward to working with Karen again and cannot thank her enough for stepping up to help during this transition.
Honor or remember someone close to you with the gift of flowers. Flowers that adorn our sanctuary add color and beauty, and are special reminders of those we love. The cost to donate flowers is only $75. Call the church office today at (912) 234-2671 or email office@bc-sav.org to place a donation and get your date on the 2023 calendar. Thank you!
