Terrain CEO Carole Sweatman

December 2015

Season's Greetings from all of us at Terrain!

In many ways it has felt like Christmas all year at Terrain as we've been able to provide funds for many worthwhile NRM projects in the Wet Tropics through Government-funded programs such as the Reef Programme, Reef Trust, Traditional Owner Water Quality Grants, Innovation Grants and the Community NRM Grants program. We have also been able to provide additional grants through our own Natural Capital Fund.

It has been a real pleasure to work with so many people in our community who are passionate about NRM and we look forward to getting involved in more work with you in 2016.

In the meantime we hope you all have a wonderful break.

What will a changing climate mean for us?

With an agreement finally reached at a global level in Paris recently, you can find out more about the implications of climate change on water, biodiversity and a range of other issues on the Wet Tropics Plan for People & Country. And, don't forget that everyone who provides us with feedback on the plan will go into the drawer to win a tablet.

Could you use these?
