So, I was thinking...which self-care video should I make next?
Then a light went on (bing). I'll just ask my creative, clever and curious community, which should be next. Please take a moment and vote. It'll cost you about 30 seconds.
Here's your choices:
Learn how to make your very own V-Steam AND, how to use it in the privacy of your own home. Instead of buying my herbal combinations from the TLove site or blog, I'm finding that most people check them out for V-steam formulas, then, make their own. Which is exactly what I'd do!
Self-care techniques for a healthier vagina and uterus. We're releasing her from the cramped dark corners of the crossed-legs to restore her to the highest vibration of vitality.
Massage techniques for better digestion. Do your meals pretty much look the same coming out as they did going in? Or do you feel your tummy could use a tune-up? Learn how to improve your digestion, and claim the power of your food!
What would you like know?
Think of this as a big'ole group project. Once the subject for the next video is determined, you get to submit questions to be addressed and answered in the video. I, in turn, will do my best to respond to your question. If I don't know the answer, I'll find out. Jeez, I feel like I'm setting myself up. Go easy on me people!
How do I vote?
Simply reply to this email with the title of the video you'd like. The winning video will be announced April 21. (Say hello, while you're at it.):

You can absolutely vote, too! Any of these self-care videos can benefit you, as well.
I recently listened to a Tim Ferriss podcast with 62 year-old Jerzy Gregorek, The Lion of Olympic Weight Lifting. The podcast addresses healing the prostate with food. Well, they address a lot of topics, all very interesting. You can catch the prostate section of the convo at 1:50 in the podcast.
Was this a forward? Yay! Please, reply with your vote.
Well, darlings that's all the news I have, for now. I look forward to hearing from you and excited about the results!
