During Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium Dr. Frank showed how algorithms can be inserted into election tabulation machines and controlled by counties to determine the election. Dr. Frank explains information he discovered as he reviewed election outcomes.

Dr. Frank has approximately sixty peer-reviewed scientific publications, including feature and cover articles in leading scientific journals.
