Dear friends and fellow laborers,
Greetings once again from Rochester! This letter comes out a bit late in the month because we were holding off until we could give you
updates on last month's prayer requests.
Since the last letter, we have been very busy! We finished the annual training week at All Points Baptist Mission, and had a good meeting in
Columbus before moving on from Ohio. We headed over to
Hagerstown, Maryland from there, then did a string of meetings in Pennsylvania, with good stops in
Chichester, Mechanicsburg, and Morton. It was good to meet with so many missions-minded people, working to reach not just the end of the earth, but their own communities as well! At the first of September, we headed up to NY again for
Jay's little surgery appointment. Everything went well, and the follow-up showed no continuing issues, for which we are thankful! While in NY, I was able to help my brother-in-law completely rebuild the wrecked suspension on his car, which was a help to him getting off to college.
We also made some good contacts in the Rochester area, which helped line up more meetings for next year!
Today we are headed south again, for meetings in North Carolina and Kansas on our way to winter in Texas.
We have been scheduling meetings throughout 2016, with February-April filling in nicely, as well as already lining up some missions conferences for the fall. We are also working on plans to hit Alaska in April, which will be a new adventure!
Please continue to pray for us: for safety in travel, that the Lord will enable us to get more meetings scheduled, and that some of the churches where we have presented the ministry will be able to partner with us. Thank you all for your continued prayer and financial support, without which we would not be moving forward.
Serving the King of Kings,
The Reed Family
