As always, Bird & Beckett showcases the great jazz talent that the Bay Area has to offer! Bring $20 for each band, and we'll make sure the musicians go home with a decent night's wages! And BYOB for yourself and your friends old and new. Party food, too, if you're inclined!
We'll keep the celebration going with
ten events over the eleven days through May 20th,
including a Board of Supervisors Commendation
at 2pm next Tuesday down at City Hall
We're so pleased to have made Bird & Beckett what it is over these twenty years since we opened the doors in May of 1999, and we know that it is what it is because of our patrons and their support!
Keep in mind!
The party continues in Jerry Ferraz's backyard
on Mission across the Highland Street Bridge ~ ~ get the address from us at the shop ~ ~
Saturday from 1pm 'til whenever.
Food, drink & music gratis!
and it continues Saturday night
back here in Glen Park at the shop with The Scott Amendola / Phillip Greenlief Duo two free-wheeling legends of the
San Francisco avant garde
Nine more days of fun to follow,
including The Deep Basement Shakers
and The Seducers both on Mothers Day!
