Our large user community has urged us to continue the TraIT infrastructure beyond the project phase. We have established the TraIT Foundation for further sustainability. Read more

Hands-on workshop, November 15, 2016

TraIT, BBMRI-NL and DTL co-organized the Hands on workshop on data management tools for translational research. It was a parallel session during the first Partnerships MeetUp on Tuesday November 15, 2016 in Utrecht. Read more

Health-RI Conference

Developments towards one nation-wide Infrastructure for Personalized Medicine and Health research (Health-RI) were central in the program of the Health-RI Conference on December 1st in Amersfoort, co-hosted by amongst others BBMRI-NL 2.0, of which TraIT is one the founding partners. Read more


Since its inception in 2011, >2,800 users are working with the TraIT research data infrastructure, in >400 studies and at >500 sites, worldwide. Read more

Tools update Phenotype Database

The new and improved version of the Phenotype database is now available on the TraIT server. The tool enables reproducibility and sharing data and is quicker and easier to use. Multiple datasets of up to 1 million data points each can be uploaded into one study. Read more
