Hello Friends!

WOW! It looks like Old Man Winter has arrived early and the holidays are quickly approaching. This is a time of high stress, over indulgence 
and lethargy. Bad combination! Don't worry though, I am here to help keep you healthy and fit this holiday season. I'm ready to get you ready for 2015. Are YOU ready? I am excited to announce that we have added some classes to the schedule and we are up to FIFTEEN classes each week. Please find a time and a class that works for you and come on in and work off some of that winter blah and holiday anxiety. I'll be offering classes for just TEN DOLLARS each through the end of December. It's my holiday gift to you. Please check out my gift certificate offerings below for other special rates and packages.

Thank you to all that came out for our "Get Fit…Get Food" event. It was so much fun! We did a quick 30 minute full body high intensity workout and then we headed down the road to Bartlett's Gourmet Grill for a delicious meal. My trout dish was AMAZING! Thank you!  Great conversation was had by all and many walked away with new friends! Be on the lookout for the next one! We're thinking about doing it monthly throughout the winter months.

Valparaiso Turkey Trot
A holiday tradition since 2003, the Valparaiso Turkey Trot brings together families and friends from all over the country (30 states represented in 2013!) to kick off Thanksgiving Day. This annual event includes a 10K Run and 5K Walk/Run through the streets of Valparaiso, Indiana. Hosted by the Porter-Starke Services Foundation, event proceeds benefit mental health and wellness programs and resources in Northwest Indiana. Register here.
