TROYBUILT FITNESS FLASH                                                        JANUARY 2015
Hello Friends!

WOW! It looks like Old Man Winter has arrived just in time for the new year. Happy New Year to you all. I sincerely wish you all the best this year. Thank you for sharing another year with me. Much has happened in a few short months & there is a lot of new stuff taking place at TroyBuilt Fitness. It is our sincereist wish to help you all be better each and every day. We believe each day focused on your wellness pays off with years of added quality.
Thank you to all that came out for our  second "Get Fit…Get Food" event. It was so much fun! We did an hour of stretching and breathing. We got nice and relaxed and then we headed down the road to Bartlett's Gourmet Grill for a delicious meal. Thank you to the Bartlett's Family. Great conversation was had by all and many walked away with new friends and we all gained a new appreciation for the simple act of stretching and paying attention to our breath. Wednesday January 28 is the next Get Fit...Get Food! It's fitness, Pilates style with Darci. Please join us and learn all about Pilates and what it can do for you.

Our food drive to benefit the Michigan City Salvation Army Food Pantry was a success and we helped many in need. Thank you! Together we were able to deliver two SUV loads of groceries and a whopping $500 for those less fortunate. Learn more about the Michigan City Salvation Army Food Pantry.


This is a total-body stretching class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Stretching is important for people of all ages but this class is geared toward the baby boomer population. Everyone is welcome and everyone can do these gentle stretches. One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that you’re able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move through a greater range, with less pain, helping to ward off injury.  Other benefits of stretching include reduced muscle tension, enhanced muscular coordination, increased blood circulation and higher energy levels. Valentine's Day Couples Massage Workshop
