SERENE STRETCH WITH DARCI
This is a total-body stretching class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Stretching is important for people of all ages but this class is geared toward the baby boomer population. Everyone is welcome and everyone can do these gentle stretches. One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that you’re able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move through a greater range, with less pain, helping to ward off injury.
