Social Media Assistant Internship Position
For the Wendy Martinez Legacy Project

The Social Media Assistant provides support for the creation and postings of The Wendy Martinez Legacy Project's work to its Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube etc. to engage and update its followers on what the foundation is doing to accomplish its mission.  This position is a part time (10 hours a week). Annual Florida Collegiate Honors Council Conference
February 2020, the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College is hosting the annual Florida Collegiate Honors Council’s annual conference. The conference will be held February 7-9 2020 at the Embsy Suites Palm Beach Gardens. This is an exciting opportunity to meet honors students and faculty from around the state and to share your research. There are also fine art, creative writing, and academic writing contests that include cash prizes. We encourage you all to submit.

Art of Science Photo Contest
The FAU Art of Science photo contest is an opportunity that may be of interest to many of our faculty and students (and it's also a great way to highlight some of the amazing research going on here at the HC). Could you post this information on the next newsletter?

Please visit the link below about the new FAU Art of Science photo contest. The deadline for submissions is November 1st. All members of the FAU community (faculty, students and staff) can submit original images of scientific work taking place at FAU, including color-enhanced microscopy, photos taken in the lab and the field, underwater photos of marine research, fractal imagery and other photos illustrating the beauty that is inherent in the natural world.
