Green Pekoe Tea

Green tea from the Fujian province of China. Green Pekoe is famed as an everyday tea, and is among the most popular teas consumed in China. Its thin, wavy leaves appear almost black when dry. Once infused, however, our 'Green Pekoe Blues' reveals its true color. And produces a light cup with a smooth, mellow taste and a gentle, soothing aroma.

Ingredients:  Green Pekoe Tea

A rich, whole leaf Assam with dark leaves and golden tips produces a bright copper, full-bodied tea. Floral and citrus hints are followed by a malty aftertaste. Lovely with milk and sugar, and a wonderful stand-alone tea.

Shou Mei White
(1/2 oz. with Sample Pack | 1 oz. with Selection)
White tea, considered by many tea experts to be the finest tea on earth, comes primarily from the Fujian Province in China. It is very lightly processed with sunlight and low temperatures. A standard grade Chinese Tea, Shou Mei White with its downy silver tipped leaves has a sweet, floral aroma and a mild, smooth, lightly sweet, pale yellow liquor.

Four Seasons Oolong
(1/2 oz. with Sample Pack | 1 oz. with Selection)
Four Seasons of Spring is named because it produces four flushes (or harvests) each year that have a flavor and quality of that of a spring flush. This varietal was cultivated in Taiwan from a strain of TieGuanYin (Iron Goddess of Mercy), in the 1980s. This delightful oolong varietal has been cultivated for its sweet, floral flavors and expertly processed by hand. It is light yet buttery with lingering flowery finish of morning gardenias and warm milk.

Ingredients:  Tie Guan Yin Oolong
Herbal Chai
(1/2 oz. with Sample Pack | 1 oz. with Selection)
Chai is a type of tea typically served in India with milk and sugar. Our Herbal Chai is comprised of rooibos herbal tea along with a combination of ginger root, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and black peppercorn. This herbal version offers a remarkable authentic chai flavor while remaining naturally caffeine-free.

Ingredients:  South African Rooibos, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Cloves, Black Peppercorn

October's Teas

Kukicha Green Tea - 6g.
Green tea from Japan that is an unusual combination of green leaves and thin white twigs. Twigs you say? Yes, and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the results. A sweet infusion with herbal overtones and welcome hints of chestnuts.

Ingredients:  Kukicha Green Tea

Yunnan Jig Tea - 6g.
Black tea from the Yunnan province of China, the birthplace of tea itself. Yunnan black tea is easily identified by its abundance of soft golden tips, and savory cocoa and black pepper flavors. It is a very forgiving tea; will not taste bitter when over-steeped. Our Yunnan Jig has a sweet, almost creamy aroma. Rich and savory flavor, with a slight cocoa powder finish. Earthy and spicy and soft, smooth mouthfeel and finish. Classic Yunnan. 

Ingredients:  Yunnan Black Tea

White Peony - 6g.
White tea from the Fujian province of China. White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening.

Pu'erh Spice Tea - 6g.
Pleasantly perky spices add warmth and sweetness to the mellow mineral notes of Pu Erh. Sweet cinnamon and anise with tingly ginger liven up the palate while soothing the soul. A great companion for a chilly day. 

Ingredients:  Pu'erh Tea, Cinnamon Bark, Natural Spice Flavor, Orange peels, Ginger Root, Aniseed and Safflower

Peppermint Herbal - 6g. (Staff Pick)
Enjoy the refreshing and cooling flavor of peppermint straight from the leaves. Peppermint can be enjoyed on its own or added to another tea blend. The soothing leaves lend well to any sweetener. We recommend a touch of honey and lemon when enjoying these herbal leaves hot or iced.
