The EarlyEdU Alliance has gone international, welcoming members from South America, Asia, and Australia. We are working together to improve educational opportunities for all early childhood educators. Join us in our global mission, become an EarlyEdU Alliance member today!
Strong early childhood educator-parent relationships boost parent-child relationships, which are critical for children’s well-being and learning outcomes. Explore A Relationship-Based Approach to Family Engagement (ECLKC) and discover how to create a relationship-based culture that supports family engagement in early care and education (ECE). Learn how to identify and reflect on your perspectives, as well as those of parents and families.
The Parent Family Community Engagement (PFCE) course launches in the fall 2019! Fifty-one percent of faculty surveyed chose PFCE as their top choice for new course offerings. This course will provide strategies and tools for fostering a collaborative network to support each child in the early learning classroom and beyond.
EarlyEdU Alliance Paper 1: Issues and Impact
The EarlyEdU Alliance is working to address a range of barriers that early care and education professionals face when pursuing degrees, including affordability, access, relevance, effectiveness, and connection. The EarlyEdU Impact Papers provide an in-depth description of the EarlyEdU approach and impact.
Modules and More: Family Engagement

childhood educators are committed to actions that support family well-being, nurture positive parent-child relationships, develop true partnerships with families, and respect families as agents of change. Go to the Modules and More page on our website to download and use the videos in your work. The videos will be available for one month and then added to the Multimedia Resources Library.
