Professional Enrichment via Practice-Based Coaching (PBC)

Collaboration is key to PBC, which comprises shared goals, action planning, focused observation/reflection, and feedback.​ ​The PBC model starts with creating a strong partnership between the coach and educator. Faculty and Instructor Focus

EarlyEdU wants to hear from you! Recently, EarlyEdU conducted faculty workshops for the Fourth Annual EarlyEdU Institute, University of Montana Western, California Curriculum Alignment Project. These workshops focused on how faculty use video analysis, feedback, and Communities of Reflection and Practice (CORP) in implementing the Intentional Teaching Framework. You can help us add features relevant to your needs by taking a few minutes to let us know how you use video analysis and CORP in your professional practice.

Modules and More: Practice-Based Coaching (PBC)

This month, the EarlyEdU Alliance® spotlights Practice-Based Coaching multimedia resources that are currently available for your teaching or professional development activities. Browse the Modules and More page on our website to download and use PBC videos in your work. The videos will be available for one month and then added to the Media Library.
