If you have not been to Indy before, we think you will be pleasantly surprised! You are invited to take a peek at what the city has to offer - Visit Indy.com (see link below) is a great place to get started with planning your family vacation. Please pay close attention to the White River State Park area as the PHACE Family Conference will be held at the NCAA Hall of Champions Conference Center which is located inside White River Park area along with a very long list of additional attractions. "White River State Park offers more than 250 acres of green space filled with an array of cultural attractions, public art, and entertainment. If you are wondering about food and shopping or how close you will be to other hotels and attractions, please take a peek at this downtown Indy map. Pay special attention to the JW Marriott hotel complex as this is where our conference hotel- the Fairfield Inn - is located. We think you will find it conveniently located and close to many additional fun locations. Sports fans, please note, the Fairfield Inn is across the street from Victory Field - Home of the Indianapolis Indians (farm team for the Pittsburgh Pirates), Lucas Oil Stadium is just a few short blocks away and the Indianapolis Speedway and Museum is a quick drive down the road not to mention our conference will be held at the NCAA hall of Champions - the interactive museum is state of the art and fun for all ages!

Our Thursday evening conference dinner event will be held at the Indianapolis Zoo - we are excited to host our PHACE families along with members of our Medical Advisory Board (MAB) and additional guests at the Dolphin Pavilion within the Indianapolis Zoo - we are sure this will be a treat for everyone!! The Indianapolis Zoo and The White River Botanical Gardens are located next to each other and you can enjoy admission to both (the Butterfly Exhibit at the gardens is highly recommended) with the purchase of a zoo entrance ticket, we hope you will be able to stay an extra day or two in order to enjoy both.

On Saturday we will have a family fun day/picnic so everyone can relax and enjoy the weather and spending time getting to know each other. More information to come as we plan the activities close to our conference hotel location.

Indianapolis is an easy city to access either by car or airplane which was one of the reasons we chose to bring the conference to this location. We certainly hope that with the added ease of access and the MANY additional family attractions, you will be able to make your trip informative and fun for the entire family.

Our block of rooms at the Fairfield will only be held until May 23, 2016 so please be sure to register and book your room soon!

If you have any questions about the conference please contact Janet Ziffer at jmziffer@yahoo.com.

We look forward to seeing you soon!!
