Compost in May 2015
The Waste Authority is providing funding support for compost events during the month of May.
The Authority is providing support by centralising promotion of all events through hosting all event information on a dedicated page on their website, as well as on latest news and event calendar entries.

The Authority is also providing sponsorship for promotion of any events run by Local Government and community organisations which would benefit from funding.

Applications must be submitted by COB Friday, 17 April.
To apply for sponsorship, or to advertise your activities, visit the Compost in May page on the Waste Authority website.
Garage Sale Trail Funding Support
Local Governments looking to participate in the Garage Sale Trail 2015 can apply for funding from the Waste Authority.
Garage Sale Trail has been a highly successful community engagement event, involving households, schools, businesses, sporting clubs and other not-for-profit or charity organisations holding a garage sale on the same day.  In 2015 this will be Saturday, 24 October.

Register your interest with Garage Sale Trail - email westernaustralia@garagesaletrail.com.au.

Applications to the Waste Authority for funding will open Monday, 18 May and close 5pm Friday, 29 May.
Funding is limited and will be managed on a first come, first served basis.
