With a focus on the future of ICT-Procurement, attendees will hear about potential changes in working with the government and also the impact on the government agencies.

ATO’s CIO Ramez Katf will share the learnings from the recent ATO System Outages, the challenges and the future plans.

Incoming Chief Digital Officer and Deputy Commissioner John Dardo will talk about cross-agency efforts moving toward Whole-of-Government and about crucial key programs, such as Practitioner Lodgement Service (PLS) and Single Touch Payroll (STP) in the Whole-of-Government context.
