ABSIA Position: Default Payload Format

ABSIA's recommendation to the Software Developers Technical Working Group (TWG) on the preferred default starting position for the payload format for new services has been provided in the ABSIA Default Format of Future Payloads Online Forum**** for review by  ABSIA SwD TWG members.
