We're almost 2 weeks into 2021! Whilst we don't often lend significance to the digits in years, this one feels like it warrants an exception. That said, for whatever reason, all the turmoil from 2020 didn't magically disappear when our clocks struck midnight on New Year's Eve. Still, a new year brings renewed hope, and our hope is that we can do our part to get you through this next hurdle.

Brie Ruais' stunning ceramic sculptures have a visceral quality. Though created in her Brooklyn studio, they stem from private, site-specific performances in the desert, where a naked Ruais uses her entire body to shape clay into large geometric formations that meld with the desert terrain.
