The Summit will run for three days. Participants will engage in instructive dialogues, cultural exchanges, diplomatic negotiations and skills-development workshops.
The primary language of Summit will be English.
Each delegation is advised to bring a laptop with word processing software, which they will use over the course of the Summit.
Dates, Location and Arrival:
The Summit runs from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th September 2014 at Rhodes House, South Parks Road, Oxford OX1 3RG, United Kingdom.
Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive on the morning of the 25th September for registration and kickoff activities.
Participants should plan to leave on the evening of September 28, so schedule your flights to leave at 7PM or later.
The fees are varied as follows:
£ 100 GBP for early registration for the whole delegation by 15th January, 2014
£ 150 GBP for normal registration for the whole delegation by 31st May, 2014
£ 25 GBP before 31st May, 2014
£ 35 GBP before 31st August, 2014
£ 50 GBP before 21st September, 2014

Participants will need to pay for accommodation during the Summit. Prices and room facilities vary as follows:
Due to limited availability, delegations are highly encouraged to make reservations through immediately after registration to avoid high lodging costs!
- £25 GBP per night for shared dormitory room at Oxford youth hostel
- £48 GBP per night for standard single room in University accommodation
- £75 GBP per night for en-suite single room in University accommodation
- Between £75 GBP per night and £150 GBP per night for single rooms at various hotels and apartment within Oxford city center

Most accommodation facilities will provide breakfast. Refreshments, snacks and lunch will be provided when the Summit is in progress. Participants will need to bear the cost of any meals outside the course of the Summit program: (£5 GBP/meal for modest fare).
Most major airlines have direct flights to London Heathrow International Airport or London Gatwick Airport. Participants are expected to make their own flight bookings. Please share your travel itinerary with the IMAUS Secretariat immediately after securing your flight ticket.
Bus: Heathrow to Oxford (90 minutes)
Take ‘The Airline’ bus at Heathrow Central Bus Station and alight (disembark) at Gloucester Green Station. A return ticket from Heathrow Airport to Oxford costs £29 GBP. For more information, visit: http://airline.oxfordbus.co.uk/
Train: Heathrow to Oxford (90 minutes)
Take the Heathrow Express Train (or Underground) to Paddington then train to Oxford: One-way train tickets on the Heathrow Express from Heathrow to Paddington cost £14.50 GBP. The train from London Paddington to Oxford costs £16 GBP one way or less depending on time of day.
