What a week we've had, you've all been so kind and understanding, the messages we've received have really spurred us on to do even better! We're very sorry that we've not been very quick at replying to messages. We really appreciate how lovely you all are - I'm pretty sure you are all "Carlsburg Customers" the best in the world!
This could be the weekend in which lockdown measures start lifting. If garden centres are included in the soft reopening of stores we will increase our service to include a next day click & collect as we explained in our last newsletter.
This week we received a delivery of compost. Somewhat different to what we are all used to. Westland shut all of the factories so they have not been bagging compost for many weeks, and so they had very little to offer us.
We've taken in a new brand, its called 'Hortus'. 50ltr bags on a 3 for £12 offer. We are pretty sure its "The Gardeners" just in a different bag, it has the same formulation on the data sheet. However we've yet to try it out.
Our 20 pallet delivery consists of Hortus, New Horizon (peat free), Top soil, 100ltr bales of bark and John Innes. Sorry we don't have any Jacks, Multi JI, Ericaceous, soil conditioner, farm manure or growbags available at this time. We will order again on Sunday but who knows what we will receive!

We've also received loads of new bedding plants, and basket plants. We also expect another plant delivery tomorrow which will also include Hydrangeas, grasses, alpines and annual climbers including Thunbergia (Black eye susans) which I know many of you have been waiting for! These are not on the website as yet, but we aim to have them all listed as quickly as I can type! (and get todays deliveries out to you too!) There are a few photos below.
Our next delivery date is Saturday 9th so currently you won't have long to wait for your delivery.
