I want to tell you all about my un-BEE-lievable weekend in New York City where I was honored as a ‘Dreamer’ and one of 25 People Shaping the Future of Retail by the National Retail Federation Foundation.
I was told that I was the youngest person to ever have received this recognition and I'm thrilled to have met so many awesome people who were also honored for their imagination and innovation.
I spoke with everyone I could and their stories inspired me to continue to make a measurable impact to save the bees while spreading love & lemonade to more grocers, cafeterias and restaurants throughout the U.S.
The NRF weekend included an honoree dinner, a gala and a huge retail tradeshow. It was a fun night and I met so many cool people. See below for a few of my favorite photos.

When Ulmer was four years old, she was stung by two bees within a week. Naturally, she was upset, but she also decided to learn more about what had hurt her. She came to realize that bees are a critical part of how flowers get pollinated and plants grow, and she learned that the bee population is in danger.
