Noura Al-Zaid is a senior, double concentrating in International Relations and Middle East Studies. An international student from Saudi Arabia, Noura is writing her thesis on the ways in which a modern legal education has a dual effect of both bolstering and challenging the reproduction of society’s so-called “moral fabric”. She discerns that law students, as future shapers and interpreters of the legal system, are in transition between being a part of society at large and the legal scholarly class.
