Did You Know?

We can build up our 'kindness muscle'. When you do an exercise like running, the more you do it, the fitter and faster you become. Kindness is just the same -  the more you do it, the kinder and more compassionate you become!

Kind Story

A few weeks ago, lots of you made cards for a 13 year old girl called Molly, who celebrated her birthday at the end of January. She received ALL of your beautiful cards and they made her day. Thank you for helping to give her such a special birthday. It even made the local paper!

Her mum said: “Thank you all so very much for all the birthday messages for Molly, we have received so many beautiful cards and gifts.”

You can read the story about Molly's birthday here

Self-Kindness Tip

Looking at a screen before bed can cause you to have a bad night's sleep. To make sure you get plenty of rest, get into the habit of switching off your devices at least an hour before you go to sleep. It's a simple way to be kind to your mind and body!
