Doing kind things not only helps other people, it can also help to improve our self-esteem (which is how we feel about ourselves). How amazing is that?

Show & Tell

Last last year, we awarded one of our Kids' Kindness Club members, Sophia, a grant from our Kindness Fund. Sophia wanted to start a litter-picking club to keep her local beach tidy and be kind to the animals that live in the sea. The club is officially up and running and now has 10 members!

Well done to the Sealife Club!

Easter Challenge

This Easter Holidays, we’d love you to help spread some extra kindness. All you have to do is tick off all 15 kind activities from our challenge sheet and you could win a toy or game from Hasbro.

Kind Story

This is Nicole. She has an illness that means she has to spend a lot of time in hospital. Through our Kindness Workshops and Kids' Club, so many kind children sent 10th birthday cards for her, filled with wonderful messages. Nicole's mum said the messages were so thoughtful and they absolutely made Nicole's day.

Self-Kindness Tip

Spring is in the air, days are getting sunnier and the leaves are starting to return to the trees. It's a beautiful time to get outside. Spending time in nature helps us to feel more happy and relaxed.
