This month, Qualtrics is introducing a Library user interface (UI) redesign. All resource types will be combined within one library, the process for creating new resources will be simplified, and the library will be WCAG 2.0 AA accessible. The new organization structure introduces flexible folders that enable users to organize their resources as they’d like. Please take some time to reorganize your own current library items by moving items out of the “Uncategorized” grouping into folders. This will help in the transition to the new UI. Please feel free to share this change and action item with your users.

With the launch of new huddles features such as video, multi-person screen sharing, and a dedicated messaging thread, all features that were available in a Slack call can be done in a huddle, plus more. To provide one tool for live audio and video conversations, huddles will replace Slack calls on March 30. At that time, Slack calls will no longer be available. To have live audio or video conversations within Slack huddles will be available instead.
