Action requested: test the Pope Tech Canvas accessibility tool by Fri Feb 17
Hello school partners!
As we mentioned in yesterday’s monthly newsletter, the Pope Tech LTI accessibility tool is now available in the Test instance for residential Canvas. We are contacting you to request your help in testing this accessibility tool and hope to have your feedback by Feb. 17th.
The Digital Accessibility Services team has created this test plan which includes:
- PopeTech documentation
- recommended tests to perform
- and space for additional feedback
Please use these resources and report your feedback in your school’s section of the test plan by Friday, Feb. 17th.
It’s important to test Pope Tech now so we can put it in production when the spring term concludes. This will support Canvas users ahead of updates to Harvard’s Digital Accessibility Policy, which will also apply to non-public content.
