Update: Workaround available for Qualtrics surveys behind one type of HarvardKey authentication February 16, 2023, 4:00pm
Hello School Liaisons,
There continues to be an issue with Qualtrics surveys that are behind HarvardKey token authentication. Participants responding to surveys that use HarvardKey token authentication (which requires participants to log in) are still getting an error and are not able to access and take affected surveys.
We are working with Qualtrics to apply a workaround to all affected surveys, but users at your school can implement the workaround now if they are experiencing the issue. The workaround is to share all surveys that use token authentication with a special user we have created: "Harvard Token Authentication."
