Canvas performance degraded: SpeedGrader Docviewer May 16, 2022
Canvas is experiencing degraded performance. Specifically, the Docviewer feature in Speedgrader is not displaying submissions. When trying to view a submission, users receive an error “Service is currently unavailable. Try again later.” The Files area is also affected. Files may not render for viewing, though they may upon reload. As a workaround, users can download the document from SpeedGrader for offline review.
Instructure is working to identify the cause and implement a fix.
