Update: Participants remain unable to take Qualtrics surveys behind one type of HarvardKey authentication

Hello School Liaisons,

There continues to be an issue with Qualtrics surveys that are behind HarvardKey token authentication.

We have escalated the issue with Qualtrics, and they have dedicated resources to troubleshoot this.

If you are made aware of a time-sensitive survey that runs into this issue, please have your user contact us at academictechnology@harvard.edu for a possible workaround to their specific use case.
