Qualtrics performance degraded: dashboards and data

Qualtrics is experiencing degraded performance. Users are seeing delays in data ingestion (e.g. dashboards not loading) and exporting data. A workaround is to view or download individual responses to PDF.

The root cause of these issues has been identified by Qualtrics and is being remedied.
